• On the Customer Portal Button has grayed out and could not proceed to operate the VM.Portal

  In order to the usage on customer portal or Infrastructure, it may take a time to operate VM via Portal. It can be operated after 10 to 20 Seconds in normal situation.
  Also, the VM operation may be rock then the server is under another operation.

• If you expand the resource of Global File Storage, will the stored data remain?Compute Resource

  Yes, the stored data remains after expanding Global File Storage size.

• For Integrated Network Appliance, we are planning on setting IPsec connection termination. IPsec addresses are duplicated between sites but if duplication is occurring in Peer Network, could we terminate IPsec tunnel?Integrated Network Appliance

  IPsec tunnel connection termination cannot be set if addresses are duplicated in Peer Network.

• What is the necessary setting when we receive notification e-mail on the ticket update?Portal

  Ticket notification receiver can be set, when you create ticket.
  * At the bottom of the ticket creation part.

  Notification will be done to the recipient who has selected.

• I want to register TCP port number 1024-65535 as a group of service object with vFirewall. Is it possible?vFirewall / vLoad Balancer

  We are afraid multiple ports cannot be registered as a group. Please register service object separately, or choose “ANY”.

• What kind of load distribution method can be applied to load balancing of Integrated Network Appliance?Integrated Network Appliance

  Load distribution methods are as follows;

  • Round Robin (give numbers to each member in an order)
  • Hash
  • Last Connection
  • URL

• I want to create a private template from a virtual machine, but I can not click a button to create a template in the customer portal.Private Catalog

  If you don't have a contract of private catalogue, the button isn't displayed in the customer portal. Please add the private catalogue resource and try it again.
  If you already have the contract, please confirm the VM is powered off.

• Can we know the physical server configuration or spec information which is using in Enterprise Cloud?Compute Resource

  We are very afraid to say, this information is not disclosed to the customer.
  The customer who is using Dedicated compute resource can be see the configuration or spec information on the Service Description.

• Firewall cannot be set appropriately with Integrated Network Appliance. Could you provide logs?Integrated Network Appliance

  We are afraid we do not provide logs. Please note that we do not acquire logs of filtering and other settings for Integrated Network Appliance.

• Is memory size of virtual server of which catalogue was created included in catalogue size when creating private catalogue?Private Catalog

  In order to import virtual server template, a space that exceeds the total value of template's disk space and memory space is required.
  (Not the file size of OVA files itself)

  Space used;
  While importing 　Memory space + Disk space of virtual server
  After imported 　 Disk space of virtual server
