• What is the method of session maintenance for vLoad Balancer?vFirewall / vLoad Balancer

  The timeout interval for TCP connections on transport layer is set at 600 seconds.
  When TCP idle time exceeds 600 seconds, connections will be automatically deleted.

• I sent Ping packets from a VPN site to the ECL 1.0 vFirewall, but it fails. Why is this?Network

  Please check the filters along the path whether Ping packets are not filtered on vFirewall, etc.
  Also, please check the static route setup on vFirewall whether a route for the return traffic to the source IP address is configured.

• Can I install extra functionality for Windows Server 2012 by using IIS, etc.?Public Catalog

  Yes. Any additional functionalities, etc., can be installed to the OS at each Customer's discretion.

• What is the difference between Power Off button and Shutdown button in the Virtual Machine management screen?Compute Resource
  1. Shutdown button: For shutting down guest OS on Virtual Machine. Power state will change to Partially Powered Off state.
  2. PowerOff button: For shutting down Virtual Machine.

  Note: This button will forcefully shut down Virtual Machine. Therefore please use this function after shutting down guest OS.

  Note: In case of changing Virtual Machine configuration (ID, description, # of vCPUs, Memory capacity, name of disk, disk capacity), please make sure that the Virtual Machine is powered off.

• Network connection is not stable by being disconnected intermittently. Why is this?vFirewall / vLoad Balancer

  There is a possibility that network I/O is reaching the maximum level limit.
  Please check performance information from vFirewall or vLoad Balancer.

• Why can I not delete my Virtual Machine?Compute Resource

  The vFirewall or vLoad Balancer appliance itself can not be deleted until all the rules contained which require deletion have been properly removed. Once this is complete, please attempt the deletion once more.
