Q: Are there any ways to avoid the maintenance impact? 

A: There is no way to avoid the effects of maintenance. Please change settings of Network-based Security and Host-based Security before and after maintenance. Please retrieve logs of Network-based Security and Host-based Security before and after maintenance. If you already set the Log Sending Settings to a customer managed syslog server, you can check the log on the destination customer server. A: Even during maintenance work, services other than Network-based Security and Host-based Security can be operated with portal and API.
