Change of the authentication method of Business Portal


For Customers using NTT Communications Business Portal

Thank you for using Enterprise Cloud 2.0 and Enterprise Cloud 1.0. We would like to inform you about changing the authentication method of Business Portal from 1-step verification to 2-step verification according to a lot of requests from our customers for stronger security.

In addition, we would like to set the maintenance window for 5hours for this change. Users could not login to Business Portal during this time.

Suspension period:

From 15:00 on March 3rd to 20:00 on March 3rd, 2018 (UTC)

To Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Customer

Users could not login to Business Portal and could not use ticket system during this time.

Users could not login to Business Portal and could not use ticket system during this time. (Customer who does not use Business Portal can use all functions as usual.)
