Update API information related to May 16th release
Detail information of update API by May 16th release is as follows;

| Get Contract Information | add charge_reference_availability parameter（For partner user only）
When Partner user gets child contract’s information, the user can set ‘charge_reference_availability’ parameter that is decided whether the new child contract’s user can get billing information or not. |
NOTE: This release will be no impact on customer’s resource and usage.
