Baremetal Server　Workload Optimized 2 is available in US1 region

Following menu is available from October 7th, 2016 in US1 region. Workload Optimized 2 is designed to use mail server systems such as Microsoft Exchange server. As high volume storage(4TBx36) is included, it is suitable for the mail system.
