About an event that causes an error when operating the customer portal of the Load Balancer(NetScaler VPX)

Issue

In the Load Balancer(NetScaler VPX) menu, there may be cases where the status becomes “error” when operating the following customer portal.

  • Create a new Load Balancer
  • Change plan of Load Balancer
  • Connecting the interface to the logical network and disconnecting the interface
  • Reset password
  • Restart from customer portal

Solution

When the status becomes “error”, you need to delete and re-create the Load Balancer(NetScaler VPX) by the customer. 

When you use the Load Balancer(NetScaler VPX) menu, please make sure to back up the configuration.
