About an event that causes an error when operating the customer portal of the firewall
Overview of the Issue
In the firewall (Brocade 5600 vRouter) menu, there may be cases where the status becomes “error” when operating the following customer portal.
- Create a new firewall
- Change plan of firewall
- Connecting the interface to the logical network and disconnecting the interface
- Restart from customer portal
When the status becomes “error”, you need to delete and re-create the firewall (Brocade 5600 vRouter) by the customer. In addition, compared to version 3.5R6S3, the stability of version 4.2R1S1 has improved, and the frequency of occurrence of this error event has been reduced.
Before you use the firewall (Brocade 5600 vRouter) menu, please make sure to back up the configuration.
