Overview of the Issue

Attempting to manage DNS menu using Enterprise Cloud CLI / SDK ( Hereinafter referred to as “ECL CLI” / “ECL SDK” ) and Terraform Enterprise Cloud Provider received HTTP status code 404

Work Around

This problem may be resolved by updating the version of the ECL CLI / ECL SDK and Terraform Enterprise Cloud Provider to the latest version.
Please follow the steps and then try again.

For ECL CLI user

Please check the current version of ECL CLI.

pip show eclcli

If the version you installed is less then 1.1.16, upgrade using the following command.

pip install -U eclcli

For ECL SDK user

Please check the current version of ECL SDK.

pip show eclsdk

If the version you installed is less then 0.0.11, upgrade using the following command.

pip install -U eclsdk

For Terraform Enterprise Cloud Provider user

Please check the current version of nttcom/ecl provier in Terraform configuration file. If the version is less than 2.1.0, specify the latest version of nttcom/ecl provider in the configuration file, and then upgrade using the following command.

terraform init -upgrade
