Windows Server 2019 does not automatically restart when taking a complete memory dump

Issue

When trying to get a complete memory dump on a Windows Server 2019 VM, the VM may not restart automatically after the memory dump has been taken.

Solution

(1)Open the console screen of the virtual server and check that the progress of the complete memory dump is 100%.

(2)If the VM does not restart automatically for more than 5 minutes, stop and start the instance from the portal screen.
