How to make an inquiry to Arcstar Universal One?

You can create a ticket to Arcstar Universal One via Business Portal.

Reference: How to create a ticket.

1. Log in to Business Portal with the account linked to Arcstar Universal One contract.
2. Click "Create New Ticket" on the dashboard.
3. Select as following and click "Next".
- CATEGORY: Network
- SERVICE NAME: Arcstar Universal One
4. Select the specified item on "Type", fill in the form and click "Create Ticket".
