To installation .NET Framework 3.5, you need to perform an OS license authentication.

The procedure is as follows.

Under C:\media\sources\sxs are necessary files included, so please expand C:\media\sources\sxs.zip in advance. Then you can install .NET Framework 3.5 specifying C:\media\sources\sxs.

In the case of Window Server 2016

1.Run Windows Powershell as Administrator.

2.Unzip "C:\media\sources\sxs.zip" to "C:\media\sources".
