FAQ

If a infrastructure failure occurs at ECL 2.0, is the data stored on the volume at the virtual server protected?

(:Last updated)

In the virtual server volume and block storage, we are configured to withstand physical failures such as physical disk corruption (* 1), but as in the restriction items (* 2) of the service descriptions, data can not be compensated. So, please get backed up by customer as necessary.
