Why can't I access the control panel of the tenant?

First, please verify whether or not you have configured the settings as described below.

  1. The access permission settings to the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 (hereafter called ECL2.0) contract in the Business Portal have been configured.
  2. Users who have been granted access permission to the ECL2.0 contract are able to access the Smart Data Platform Portal.
  3. The users' access permission/s required for the relevant tenant/s of ECL2.0 have been configured.
