• Specification of the Ping response of the VPN gateway.ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  Communication to the VPN gateway implements flow restriction to protect the service infrastructure. Please do not monitor Ping to VPN gateway.
  Note that we do not implement the above flow rate restriction on communication passing through the VPN gateway, and will provide quality and speed according to the contract plan.

• What is the VPN gateway?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  It is a gateway to connect with the VPN service "Arcstar Universal One" provided by NTT Communications.
  NTT com provide a virtual router dedicated to customers, on a redundant device.
  It is provided as an optional service of Arcstar Universal One,  "Multi-Cloud Connect Enterprise Cloud 2.0".

• Can I subscribe "VPN Connectivity" menu via portal?VPN Connectivity

  No. For now, subscribing "VPN Connectivity" menu is not available via Customer Portal. You are required to submit application form for Multi-Cloud Connect, which is one of option menus in Arcstar Universal One, to our salesperson.
