• What are the differences between "GW-IF alive monitoring" and "IF alive monitoring" of VPN Connectivity?ECL2.0, Monitoring, VPN Connectivity

  They are the functions to monitor the inside and outside interfaces of the VPN gateway, respectively.

  GW-IF alive monitoring:　Logical NW side

  IF alive monitoring:　Cloud GW side (UNO side)

• Is there a routing filtering function that learns only the specific route information on the UNO side with the VPN gateway?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

• Can I use the IP address range used on the side of Arcstar Universal One site for the stack route of a VPN gateway? Can I make an advertisement forcefully even when the addresses are duplicated? I am assuming a case where I use the longest match to make communications to the ECL2.0 side.ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  You can make such settings. However, it is your responsibility to design the routing in the whole network when you duplicate addresses. Note that you cannot duplicate the addresses in the connection section between ECL2.0 and Arcstar Universal One (/29 that is specified by you).

• On the order form for VPN Gateway, VPN group information is not displayed.ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  When your Arcstar Universal One contract is not visible on the order form, possible causes are such as trouble of order page or not linked Business portal contract and Arcstar Universal One contract.

  Yes.

  It is possible to connect to the same VPN from different tenants regardless of the same name or different name.

• How to make an inquiry to Arcstar Universal One Virtual?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  You can create a ticket to Arcstar Universal One Virtual via Business Portal.

  Reference: How to create a ticket.

  1. Log in to Business Portal with the account linked to Arcstar Universal One Virtual contract.
  2. Click "Create New Ticket" on the dashboard.
  3. Select as following and click "Next".
  - CATEGORY: Network
  - SERVICE NAME: Arcstar Universal One Virtual
  4. Select the specified item on "Type", fill in the form and click "Create Ticket".

• How do I delete the VPN gateway?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  It is not possible to delete the VPN gateway with the GUI in the Smart Data Platform Portal. Depending on the deletion of Multi-Cloud Connect (Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Connectivity), the VPN gateway is deleted.

  Please refer to the tutorial for Terminating procedure of Multi-Cloud Connect (Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Connectivity), by application
  from business portal.

• Is it possible to connect VPN gateway and Amazon Web Services Inter-Connectivity to one logical network?Amazon Web Services Inter-Connectivity, ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  No. It is not possible to connect the VPN gateway and Amazon Web Services Inter-Connectivity to one logical network.

  Please connect logical networks with a firewall or the like.

  You can select the Best Effort plan or Guaranteed Bandwidth plan.

  No. Multiple VPN gateways can not connect to one logical network.
  There is only one logical network that can be connected to one VPN gateway.
