Will be 11g R2 available in ECL2.0?Oracle
We do not have any plan for 11g R2 so far.

Will Oracle License Service be available for Baremetal Server menu in ECL2.0?Oracle
We do not have any plan regarding Oracle License Service menu for Baremetal Server menu. If customer wish to use Oracle software on Baremetal Server, please utilize your own Oracle License.

Is there any Oracle Service menu for BYOL(Bring Your Own License)?Oracle
We do not have any plan for BYOL menu in Virtual Server. If customer wish to BYOL, please utilize Baremetal Server menu.

Can Root Volume be expanded?Oracle
If using OS is Oracle Linux, root partition("/") of Root Volume is configured in LVM. Therefore customer can expand root partition by adding additional Data Volume.

Can I install Oracle Database by the procedure not introduced in Tutorial or Solution Guide?Oracle
You can install Oracle Database as you like unless violating Ts&Cs of our service and Oracle License.

Could you let me know what application are required to utilize My Oracle Support(MOS)?Oracle
Register Oracle profile, Issue support ID, Associate the profile and support ID are required. For more details, please refer to the service description.

Can we issue Service Request(SR) in My Oracle Support(MOS)?Oracle
No. Service Request(SR) in MOS can NOT be used by the support ID issued in this service. If you need to issue SR, please contact to ECL 2.0 support desk.
