• The set alarm is not notified.ECL2.0, Monitoring

  Alarm notification mail is sent from the following address, so please check whether the target mail is blocked.
  monitoring-notification@ecl.ntt.com

  Also, if you press the "+ Add" button on the right side of the "Define Your Alarm action" screen, it will be displayed in [Added Actions].
  After confirming that it is displayed in the list, please click "Save Alarm" button at the bottom right of the screen and save it.

• What is the source IP of packets that passed through Managed WAF?ECL2.0, Monitoring

  The source IP of the packet that passed through the Managed WAF is converted to the IP of the WAF interface.

  To identify ClientIP, it is possible to add Client's IP in the HTTP header by enabling X-Forwarded-For of Web Protection File setting.

  No. Currently, you cannot change the value of the vertical axis of the graph prepared on the monitoring control panel.

• How many Monitoring Alarms can I use for free?ECL2.0, Monitoring
  you can use 10 Alarms per tenant for Free in Basic Plan.

  In Advanced plan, you can use up to 100 Alarms per tenant.

  For more than 101 items, a monthly fee is added for each one up to 300 per tenant.

• What is the difference between Basic plan and Advanced plan in Monitoring menu?ECL2.0, Monitoring

  Monitoring menu includes Basic plan(Free of charge) and Advanced plan(Charged).

  There are differences in Data Retention Period, Number of Alarm, Data download function in GUI, and so on.

• When switching from basic plan to advanced plan, is it possible to download the data before plan switching?ECL2.0, Monitoring

  Yes. It is possible.
  If the data does not exceed the storage period, you can also acquire the data before switching the plan.
  When downloading, the sample value for the period specified in the upper part of the monitoring graph screen is output.
  Please check the service manual for the meter storage period.

  No.  The monitoring interval can not be shortened.
