If a customer wants to communicate via telephone, an application for Advanced Plan is required.
Once you apply to the Advanced Plan, you will be able to issue tickets exclusively for callback requests. By issuing this ticket, we will contact you by telephone.
Please note that Advanced plan is offered to only contracts in Japan.
