• How do I create / delete a firewall instance?ECL2.0, Firewall (Brocade 5600 vRouter)

  Creation/deletion of the firewall instance can be performed from the customer portal / API.

  We will install and provide Firewall(Brocade 5600 vRouter) on customer's own virtual server housed in shared physical server. Create/delete Firewall(Brocade 5600 vRouter) is automated, so you can use it as much as you like at any time.
  Most of the Brocade 5600 vRouter's configuration authority are open to the customer, and flexible settings are available.

  I regret to say but it is necessary for the customer to delete and recreate the instance.
  You might face an error when default_gateway and ip_address are duplicated. Please check the IP address settings.

  When the outage of the infrastructure on which the firewall is working is detected, the outage notification is given to the customers.  However, as we do not monitor the individual firewalls, we don't send the outage notification for the individual firewalls.
  If you wish to confirm the outage on your firewall, you can inquire via the ticket system and we will check the status or the issue on your firewall.

• How can I increase the number of concurrent TCP connections on Firewall(Brocade 5600 vRouter)?ECL2.0, Firewall (Brocade 5600 vRouter)

  Please refer to our performance measurement results as published to the tutorial.
  The maximum number of concurrent TCP connections is set for each instance and, even if multiple interfaces and IP addresses are used, the upper limit value does not change.
  Although it is possible to raise the upper limit by purchasing multiple instances, it does not guarantee performance because this menu is a shared service.
  If you want to guarantee the performance, please use occupied type service such as bare metal server.
