• What do I have to need to use SSL?PaaS

  If you use the shared domain name(*.eclpaas.com), you will not have to do anything. If you can access your application by HTTP, you can also access by https.

  If you use your domain name, you will need to use the SSL Option. You will be supposed to generate CSL, get a certification, and apply for the option via the control panel.

• Do I use via the Internet in order to “export” the Images ?Image Storage

  Yes. You need to use via the Internet in order to “import” and “export” the Images.
  So, you do NOT allow to "import" and "export" them via the VPN and others but the Internet.

• Please tell me the conditions under which the MAC address of the instance's interface is changed.Virtual Server

  MAC address at an interface on an instance is not changed under the following conditions.

  • Operated Live Migration function
  • Triggered HA（High Availability）
  • Rebooting or turning OFF/ON

  On the other hand, MAC address at an interface on an instance will not hold under the following conditions.

  • Adding another interface after deleting some interface
  • Creating a replication of an instance from the image which was created from the original instance.

• What kind of accommodation does NTT Com take for hardware repairs and recovery?SAP HANA

  After NTT Com proceeds with the recovery repairs for hardware, NTT Com would like Customers to restore their OS, environments, and database, depending upon the necessity which Customers are aware of. It is also possible for NTT Com to accommodate recovery to the point of SAP HANA platform provisioning accordingly upon request from Customers. Of course, even with this occasion, Customers are required to accommodate with their environments, database restore.

• Are there any the bandwidth plan in Logical Network?Logical Network

  No, There is not any bandwidth plan. However, you can expect the stable throughput at the Logical Network. We have increased the network speed properly based on constantly monitoring the traffic state of the whole infrastructure.

  We do NOT have any plan for Oracle WebLogic Server so far.

• Is scaling up (Vertical scaling) available?PaaS

  You can change only the sizes of the memory. If you need to increase processing capacity, you will need to increase the number of instances.

• Is the priority assigning bandwidth of flavor 100MB/sec higher than flavor 50MB/sec?File Storage Premium

  Not really. Even when the uppermost MB/sec Capped values were higher, that would not mean necessarily that prioritizing to assign such is required.

• Why can't I access the control panel of the tenant?Common, ECL2.0

  First, please verify whether or not you have configured the settings as described below.

  1. The access permission settings to the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 (hereafter called ECL2.0) contract in the Business Portal have been configured.
  2. Users who have been granted access permission to the ECL2.0 contract are able to access the Smart Data Platform Portal.
  3. The users' access permission/s required for the relevant tenant/s of ECL2.0 have been configured.
