Can I use two browsers and log in with different IDs?Common, ECL2.0
As long as browsers do not share the same session, you can log in with different IDs.

How can we manage access permissions based on the Tenants?Common, ECL2.0
To assign access permission for the Tenants to the user, below points are necessary.
- The user has access permission to the own Contract upon their Business Portal.
- The user needs to access the Smart Data Platform Portal screen at least once in advance.

How can we add users to ECL2.0?Common, ECL2.0
Admin User can add users via Business Portal.
Please note that, after creating the user via Business Portal, the user needs to access to Smart Data Platform Portal in order to be added to ECL2.0 contract.
Please follow the procedure in Service Description -- Add User and Tutorials - Create a New User.

When a user on Business portal is deleted, will the associated ECL2.0 user be deleted?Common, ECL2.0
Yes. Once you delete user on Business Portal, the corresponding user account on Enterprise Cloud 2.0 will be deleted at the timing of the system synchronization of the business portal and Enterprise Cloud 2.0.

Can I create multiple user accounts under one Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Contract?Common
Yes, you are required to first create your own Business Portal user account by which you can assign the access permissions to multiple users who would like to access your relevant Contract.

When can I use Enterprise Cloud 2.0 after creating a contract?Common
You can start to use it immediately online.
However, please note that it takes a few business days before you can use some parts of menus of Enterprise Cloud 2.0.

Why can't I access the control panel of the tenant?Common, ECL2.0
First, please verify whether or not you have configured the settings as described below.
- The access permission settings to the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 (hereafter called ECL2.0) contract in the Business Portal have been configured.
- Users who have been granted access permission to the ECL2.0 contract are able to access the Smart Data Platform Portal.
- The users' access permission/s required for the relevant tenant/s of ECL2.0 have been configured.

I created a tenant but there was an error, now I'm creating another one but I can't seem to use the same name. Why can't I use the same name?Common
You need to create a unique Tenant name in all of the names of the whole Enterprise Cloud 2.0 service including ones of the other Customer Tenants. Therefore, you need to create your new Tenant by arranging name such as adding a unique prefix in order to become a unique name.
