We ordered Managed FW from Security Menu via Portal however once clicked "Transmission", "Now processing" message is shown and remaining. It seems process of ordering doesn't be completed.

Due to many orders of servers, it may take a long time when processing the flow of creation devices, changing plans, or other processes.

In addition, in order to apply Security menu, customer needs to disable pop-up block on Internet Browser in advance. Setting can be configured in following procedure.
