• I don't know (or I forgot) the organization user (Organization Administrator) of "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware - vCloud Director Tenant Portal"ECL2.0, Managed v Platform Powered by VMware

  If you have other organization users (Organization Administrator), please refer to the following URL.
  I don't know the organizaion user name of "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware - vCloud Director Tenant Portal"

  If you have no other organization users (Organization Administrator), you can't confirm the organization user name (Organization Administrator).
  In this case, you need to apply for the change of the organizational user (Organization Administrator).
  Please contact our sales representative in charge of you.

• Is it possible to change the menu from Managed Firewall to Managed UTM, or vice versa?ECL2.0, Network-based Security

  You can change the menu from Managed Firewall to Managed UTM without restart of the device. On the other hand, you cannot change the menu from Managed UTM to Managed Firewall.

• The status of Firewall (Brocade 5600 vRouter) displayed on portal has been changed from "Active" to "Shutoff".ECL2.0, Firewall (Brocade 5600 vRouter)

• I cannot upgrade Arcserve License from V6 to V6.5 or over on Arcserve menu.Arcserve, ECL2.0

  When any underscore "_" is included in domain name or server name of the server using V6, you cannot upgrade it to V6.5 or over. As a solution, you can select either of below options.

  1. Change domain name or server name.
  2. Use Arcserve UDP V6.5.

• When I install Managed Host-based Security Package, what types of processes and functions run on the host?ECL2.0, Host-based Security

  The types and functions of processes running on the host are as follows (for Linux environment):

  1. ds_agent

  This is Main process of Agent.

  2. ds_am

  This process runs when the anti-malware function is activated.

  3. ds_filter

  This process runs when the firewall or intrusion prevention function is activated.

• Let me know viewable / searchable log retention period on Log Analysis function of Managed WAF.ECL2.0, Network-based Security

  Detailed logs over the obtained portal Firewall Function: 1 week (7 days).
  Log acquired in the security function (security detection logs): 3 months

  It does not ensure integrity of obtained logs. In the event that the Customers would like to obtain the log results for a longer span of time to review the search result, then Customers are advised to transmit to sys log server which Customers are managing.

• Does the disconnection occur when the plan is changed in VPN Gateway menu?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity

  When you change the bandwidth within Best Effort Plan or Guaranteed Bandwidth Plan, the disconnection doesn't occur. However, when you change the plan from Best Effort Plan to Guaranteed Bandwidth Plan or vice versa, VPN Gateway is deleted and re-created so the disconnection occurs in the meantime.
