FAQ(ECL2.0)
ECL2.0 - FAQ
- Can I specify iSCSI target IP when creating Volume?Block storage (IO performance ensure), ECL2.0
The target IP address of Block Storage is paid out from "IP address pool", which is specified when you create Virtual Storage.
Therefore, it is unavailable to directly specify the target IP address for each volume.
# Please refer to tutorial for specifying IP address pool when creating Virtual Storage. Also, two IP addresses are paid out per Volume on Virtual Storage for redundancy.
Depending on the accommodation of Volume in the physical devices, in some cases, the same IP addresses may be paid out to different Volumes, and in other cases, the different IP addresses may be paid out to different Volumes. So, when you use multiple Volumes, please register IP addresses twice the number of Volumes in the IP address pool.
We recommend you register 30 IP in advance, the maximum value to be registered in the IP address pool. - Can I check the usage time of the virtual server?Billing, ECL2.0
