• I can't delete the organizational virtual data center network in "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware - vCloud Director Tenant Portal"ECL2.0, Managed v Platform Powered by VMware

  - In JP4 region only

  Please refer to the following FAQ according to the error message.

  [Error message] Entity ls01 cannot be deleted because it is in use.

  • Network Deletion

  • • Delete
      • This error there is any virtual machine still existing and connecting to the organizational virtual data center network. You need to disconnect the connection between the NIC of the virtual machine and the organizational virtual data center network and then delete the organizational virtual data center network.

• I don't know the password of the organization user in Managed v Platform Powered by VMware - vCloud Director tenant portal.ECL2.0, Managed v Platform Powered by VMware

  - In JP4 region only

  The organization user can't confirm their password.
  Only the Organization Administrator can reset the password of the organization user.
  If you are the organization user and don't know (or forget) the password of the organization user, please contact the Organization Administrator.

  Below is how to reset the password of the organization user.

  1. Access to URL of vCloud Director tenant portal.
     vCloud Director Tenant Portal
     I don't know the URL of "vCloud Director tenant portal" of "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware".
  2. The Organization Administrator needs to login to "vCloud Director tenant portal".
     vCloud Director tenant portal
     User: The Organization Administrator's user name
     Password: Password of the Organization Administrator
     Click "Login"
  3. Open the management menu in vCloud Director tenant portal
     a. Click "Hamburger menu"
     b. Click "Management"
  4. Confirm the organization user name in Management menu
     Management
     a. Click "access control"
     b. Click "user"
  5. Select the organization user.
     User
     a. Click the radio button of the organization's user name.
     b. Click "Edit"
  6. Edit the password
     Edit the user
     Password: Input the password
     Check the password: Re-type the password
     Click "Save"

  The URL of the Portal is composed as follows.
  https://mvp-vcd-1-gui-$1.ecl.ntt.com/tenant/$2-$3

  # The variables like $1,$2,$3 above-mentioned means the following.
  $1: region for the tenant
  $2: tenant ID
  $3: tenant name (If the tenant name includes half-width character or the characters other than -_.(),$, the character is to be omitted.)

  If you have other organization users (Organization Administrator), please refer to the following URL.

  I don't know the password of the organization user in Managed v Platform Powered by VMware - vCloud Director tenant portal.

  If you have no other organization users (Organization Administrator), you can't reset the password of the organization users (Organization Administrator),
  In this case, Enterprise Cloud 2.0 support team reset the password of the organizational user (Organization Administrator) instead of you.

  Please raise a ticket and give us your request on this issue.

  When you create the ticket, please select "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware" as "Service Menu", and enter the "Information required for password reset" that will appear automatically.

• I don't know the organization user name of "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware - vCloud Director Tenant Portal".ECL2.0, Managed v Platform Powered by VMware

  - In JP4 region only

  Only the Organization Administrator can confirm the organization's user name.
  On the other hand, the organization user can't confirm it.
  If you are the organization user and don't know (or forget) the organization's user name, please contact the Organization Administrator.

  Below is how to confirm the organization's user name.

  1. Access to URL of vCloud Director tenant portal.
     vCloud Director Tenant Portal
     URL: I don't know the URL of "vCloud Director tenant portal" of "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware".
  2. The Organization Administrator needs to login to "vCloud Director tenant portal".
     vCloud Director tenant portal
     User: Organization Administrator's user name
     Password: Password of Organization Administrator
     Click "Login"
  3. Open the management menu in vCloud Director tenant portal
     a. Click "Hamburger menu"
     b. Click "Management"
  4. Confirm the organization user name in Management menu
     Management
     a. Click "access control"
     b. Click "user"

• I can't create the organizational virtual data center network in "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware - vCloud Director Tenant Portal"ECL2.0, Managed v Platform Powered by VMware

        • This error means you input the IP network address. You need to input the IP host address in CIDR format. For more details, please refer to the following FAQ.

  In this case, you need to apply for the change of the organizational user (Organization Administrator).

• I would like to change the plan of Load balancer(NetScaler VPX). What do I need to pay attention to? Is there anything I should not do? What do I need to do to avoid any issue or error? Any precautions?ECL2.0, Load Balancer

  In DE1 and FR1 region, if you use "12.0-53.13 Standard Edition" or "older version" of the Load balancer(NetScaler VPX), please don't change the plan (e.g.: 50,200Mbps⇔1000, 3000Mbps).

  If you should try to change the plan with the above-mentioned condition, the operation would be in error and then, you would not be able to do any operation on the Load balancer(NetScaler VPX).

  To avoid any issue or error, you need to upgrade the Load balancer(NetScaler VPX) to the newest version, at first.

  As for the upgrade procedure, please refer to the following URL.

  After the upgrade, you can change the plan.

• The error is shown when I applied for the subscription of Azure in the control panel.ECL2.0, Hybrid Cloud with Microsoft Azure

  Concerning "Hybrid Cloud with Microsoft Azure" menu, there are cases in which the processing turns into error when you apply for the Azure's subscription.
  If any error should be shown and the application should not be completed, we are sorry to bother you but we would like you to create a ticket to bring the issue to our attention.

• Concerning "Hybrid Cloud with Microsoft Azure", since when can I get the charge details of the previous month?ECL2.0, Hybrid Cloud with Microsoft Azure

  You can get the charge details of the previous month next month 1st, 9:00 AM JST (0:00 UTC).
  However, there is a possibility that the data of the last day of previous month may not be updated at the time.
  It depends on the timing when Microsoft updates the data.

  (Example) : If you would like to get September's charge details, you can get it after October 1st, 9:00 AM JST.
  However, there is a possibility that the data of September 29th and/or 30th's data may not be updated on October 1st.
