- This error there is any virtual machine still existing and connecting to the organizational virtual data center network. You need to disconnect the connection between the NIC of the virtual machine and the organizational virtual data center network and then delete the organizational virtual data center network.

The organization user can't confirm their password.
Only the Organization Administrator can reset the password of the organization user.
If you are the organization user and don't know (or forget) the password of the organization user, please contact the Organization Administrator.Below is how to reset the password of the organization user.
- Access to URL of vCloud Director tenant portal.

The URL of the Portal is composed as follows.

$3: tenant name (If the tenant name includes half-width character or the characters other than -_.(),$, the character is to be omitted.)e.g.)

If you have other organization users (Organization Administrator), please refer to the following URL.
If you have no other organization users (Organization Administrator), you can't reset the password of the organization users (Organization Administrator),
In this case, Enterprise Cloud 2.0 support team reset the password of the organizational user (Organization Administrator) instead of you.Please raise a ticket and give us your request on this issue.
When you create the ticket, please select "Managed v Platform Powered by VMware" as "Service Menu", and enter the "Information required for password reset" that will appear automatically.

Only the Organization Administrator can confirm the organization's user name.
On the other hand, the organization user can't confirm it.
If you are the organization user and don't know (or forget) the organization's user name, please contact the Organization Administrator.Below is how to confirm the organization's user name.

In this case, you need to apply for the change of the organizational user (Organization Administrator).

- I would like to change the plan of Load balancer(NetScaler VPX). What do I need to pay attention to? Is there anything I should not do? What do I need to do to avoid any issue or error? Any precautions?ECL2.0, Load Balancer
In DE1 and FR1 region, if you use "12.0-53.13 Standard Edition" or "older version" of the Load balancer(NetScaler VPX), please don't change the plan (e.g.: 50,200Mbps⇔1000, 3000Mbps).
If you should try to change the plan with the above-mentioned condition, the operation would be in error and then, you would not be able to do any operation on the Load balancer(NetScaler VPX).
To avoid any issue or error, you need to upgrade the Load balancer(NetScaler VPX) to the newest version, at first.

You can get the charge details of the previous month next month 1st, 9:00 AM JST (0:00 UTC).
However, there is a possibility that the data of the last day of previous month may not be updated at the time.
It depends on the timing when Microsoft updates the data.(Example) : If you would like to get September's charge details, you can get it after October 1st, 9:00 AM JST.
However, there is a possibility that the data of September 29th and/or 30th's data may not be updated on October 1st.
