There is a difference between the value obtained by Monitoring and the value checked on the guest OS for the CPU usage rate of the virtual server.

The data of the virtual server displayed on Monitoring service is acquired from the hypervisor housing the virtual server and this information includes not only the load of the guest OS but also overhead load due to virtualization.
Therefore, the CPU usage rate displayed on Monitoring service may be different from the CPU usage rate displayed on the guest OS.
