Can I use the DNS menu from any tenant in any regions?

The DNS menu can be used from any tenants in any region, however, configuration(zone/recordset) can be viewed, edited and deleted in the same tenant as tenant which was set. Please note configuration can't be viewed, edited and deleted in other tenant even if same contract and/or same region.
