Is it possible to limit users who can view tickets?
The "ticket" item of the dashboard on the business portal displays the title of the ticket to all users that can log in to the Smart Data Platform Portal from the business portal.
It can not be hidden for each user.
However, with regard to the display of "contents" of tickets that can be viewed by pressing the ticket title, it is possible to set display / non-display for each user according to the authority setting.
