If the instance with the multiple volume added to the instance of Windows OS, will the restore destination server have the same drive configuration?

(:Last updated)

For restoring the system backup that unifies multiple volumes consisting of boot volume including OS and other volumes, the restore destination computer’s partition and disc mount configuration need to be set in advance as the same as that of the backup target in advance.

If the server has the C drive and the D drive, and the backup target is a backslash,
The data on both drives will be backed up. When restoring this data, the restore destination server must also have the same configuration.
Restoration is possible if it has both C / D configuration.

Please check the service manual for restrictions on backup.
