What can I back up and restore with Arcserve?
We confirmed by the restore test with some OS in the table below.
Test results with Arcserve UDP Version 6.0
(*1) For Linux, the boot mode (BIOS or UEFI) of the server must be the same at the migration source / migration destination.
The boot mode of each ECL 2.0 server is as follows.
・Virtual server:BIOS(Can not change)
・Bare metal server:UEFI(Changeable to BIOS only when BYOL)
・Virtual machine on dedicated hypervisor:any(Specified when creating a virtual machine)
(*2) Dedicated hypervisor:vSphere or Hyper-V
(*3) Dedicated hypervisor :only vSphere(Hyper-V virtual machines are excluded)
