- Does the disconnection occur when the plan is changed in VPN Gateway menu?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity
When you change the bandwidth within Best Effort Plan or Guaranteed Bandwidth Plan, the disconnection doesn't occur. However, when you change the plan from Best Effort Plan to Guaranteed Bandwidth Plan or vice versa, VPN Gateway is deleted and re-created so the disconnection occurs in the meantime.
- Is it possible to change the plan between the "Best Effort plan" and the "Guaranteed Bandwidth plan" in the VPN gateway service?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity
When changing plan between Best Effort and Guaranteed Bandwidth, it is required to abolish the old contract and apply for a new contract, because they are different Multi-Cloud Connect contracts.
As for modifying the bandwidth in the same plan, you can change it via portal immediately.

- Is it possible to change Gateway IP of VPN Gateway?ECL2.0, VPN Connectivity
It is not available to modify Gateway Interface of VPN Gateway. Delete a Gateway Interface and assign a new Gateway IP to it.

Note:
Customers cannot modify the assigned IP Addresses. It is not possible to delete the VPN gateway with the GUI in the Smart Data Platform Portal. Depending on the deletion of Multi-Cloud Connect (Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Connectivity), the VPN gateway is deleted.
