- I can not delete the image. "Error: image deletion is not allowed" is displayed.ECL2.0, Image Storage
Image protection might be enabled by "Protect" checked at the time of uploading the image.
Please refer to the FAQ below and remove the protection before trying to delete it.FAQ - Is it possible to remove image which was created with protection turned "on"?
- I copied the image, but the process does not complete. Please tell me the required time.ECL2.0, Image Storage
Depending on the size of the image, the source region, and the destination region, the time it takes to copy the image varies.
Please refer to the following documents for estimated time .
Also, the maximum file size that can be copied with the image copy function is 300 GB.
When "QCOW 2" is specified as the file format at the time of image creation, the size may be compressed and the image copy function may be available.
- I can not delete the Private Template Image shared by other tenants.ECL2.0, Image Storage
Shared images can not be deleted from Destination Tenant.
If you edit a shared member from Source Tenant and exclude it from the shared member, it will not appear in Destination Tenant.
To delete Private template images, you can delete shared images only from Source Tenant.

- Is it possible to share the same private image file between different tenants?ECL2.0, Image Storage
Yes. By setting to share Images, Customers can publicize and share their own images stored within their own Tenant Image Storage.

It is not possible to move an instance directly to another tenant, but by using the "Image share" function or "copy of the image" function of the "Image Storage" menu, you can create a copy of the instance in another tenant.

- Can I share images among tenants in different regions?ECL2.0, Image Storage
No.
When using the same image among different tenants of the region, please use the "copy image" function.
In addition, if you use "Copy Image", the fee for the image will occur in both tenants.

No. There is no effect on the existing server.

No. No usage fee of Image Storage is charged on the receiving side tenant.

There are the following restrictions on downloading images, so please check.

*It is impossible for Customers to download and then export Licensed OS image (the OS License is attached within this image) to the external environment.
