• In the VPN service, is it possible to make multiple connections to the same VPN from ECL 1.0 network that has different contracts?Network

  Yes, it is possible.
  However, if you are using Customer Portal available VPN Connectivity service, you can only make simultaneous connections up to 10 sessions.

• I tried the Ping option of VPN Gateway on Customer Portal available VPN connection, but Ping fails. Why is this?Network

  Please check the filters along the path whether Ping packets are not filtered on vFirewall, etc.

  No. IP addresses that belong to the VPN Transit section are advertised by default. There is no need for manual setting.
