• Can we use Integrated Network Appliance(INA) and vFW in same tenant?Integrated Network Appliance

  No, you can not use INA and vFW in same tenant.
  You can use INA and vFW in the different tenant which is in the same DC.

  Also in the INA situation, you can not use vLB.

• Can we change from compact to large of Integrated Network Appliance(INA) plan?Integrated Network Appliance

  No, you can not change INA plan. You need to specify the INA plan in the ordering period.

• Can we change Integrated Network Appliance(INA) to vFirewall?Integrated Network Appliance

  Please be aware that you cannot change from INA to vFirewall or the other way around. If you wish to make this change, you will need to remove the current contract and apply the change as a new contract.

• Does service down occur when changing Integrated Network Appliance(INA) plan?Integrated Network Appliance

  Please be aware that you cannot change the INA plan once the network is established. (E.g. Compact to Large or Large to Compact)
  If you wish to make the change, canceling ECL contract and re-build of new system for new contract are required.
  However, the change of Single configuration to Redundant configuration or the way around can be done through customer portal. Please be noted that service down might occur during conducting the change.
