For Integrated Network Appliance(INA), can we group IP addresses or protocols, and configure it as a Firewall filtering rule?Integrated Network Appliance
No, you cannot group them and set them as filtering rules.

I want to register TCP port number 1024-65535 as a group of service object with vFirewall. Is it possible?vFirewall / vLoad Balancer
We are afraid multiple ports cannot be registered as a group. Please register service object separately, or choose “ANY”.

Can we check the detailed Ping failure duration time?Portal
You can check the detailed info on the target device's graph page.

Can we know the physical server configuration or spec information which is using in Enterprise Cloud?Compute Resource
We are very afraid to say, this information is not disclosed to the customer.
The customer who is using Dedicated compute resource can be see the configuration or spec information on the Service Description. -
Can we change server segment NW address and subnet mask after deployment?Network
No, you can't modify server segment NW address and subnet mask after deployment. You need to delete the segment and recreate it.

I failed to reduce disk size of a virtual machine with an error.Compute Resource
We apologize for the inconvenience, but you cannot reduce the disk size of virtual machine.
(You can delete disk which is not used for system area) -
In order to set the Static route on the Integrated Network Appliance(INA) on the VPN transit interface towards to the server segment, error has shown up as "Duplicate on the specific Network" and unable to configure.Integrated Network Appliance
INA could not set static routing which is duplicate or overlap to the server segment. Also below address block is prohibit to set the static routing on INA.
- The Global IP that customer has purchased.
- The IP address block for VPN transit.
- The IP address block, which is prohibited to assign, is described in the Service Spec documentation's Server segment chapter.

Global portal authority cannot be modified after adding accounts via customer portal.Portal
It takes approximately 15-30mins to reflect the changes made via customer portal.
Please wait for a while before making other changes. -
I forgot virtual server password. Can I reset the password?Compute Resource
We are afraid we do not provide the function to reset virtual server password.
However, we could tell you the initial login password which was sent as secure message when virtual server was created.
Please understand that we cannot verify passwords that were set by customers. -
Can we change Firewall rule order on Integrated Network Appliance(INA)?Integrated Network Appliance
Firewall priority order can be changed on the Customer Portal. The rule which is listed on the higher will be the high priority order rule.
