    To enable advanced X features (e.g., guest resolution fit, drag and drop, and
    file and text copy/paste), you will need to do one (or more) of the following:
    1. Manually start /usr/bin/vmware-user
    2. Log out and log back into your desktop session; and,
    3. Restart your X session.

  • Can I select between Customer Portal ver1.0 and Customer Portal ver2.0?Portal

    Sorry. You cannot select GUIs.
    GUIs that are provided as of now are as below:

    Customer Portal ver2.0 applied Data Centers: only Customer Portal ver2.0 is available
    Customer Portal ver2.0 unapplied Data Centers: only Customer Portal ver1.0 is available

    Now, Customer Portal ver2.0 will be applied to Data Centers yet to be applied one by one (as of March 2015).

    No, you cannot register a login ID that is already registered.
    You need to register a unique login ID.

    Note: Login IDs cannot be changed once you have registered it.
