Is it possible to use Colocation Interconnectivity(CIC) and Service Interconnect Gateway(SIG) at the same time?

The same segment can be used for CIC and SIG at the same time. However, please be careful not to use the same addresses.

    Yes, you can connect it to 2 ports of the same L2 switch.
    But please avoid to make loop topology and configured as Act/Stb switch.

  • When using redundancy connections in Colocation Interconnectivity(CIC), what kind of settings are required for us to do?Network

    If selected redundancy option requires control frame, please send us tagged Vlan ID from range of 2-4094 which you have specified. Furthermore, kindly check availability of devices you have prepared.

    We are conducting connection check to Cisco products of PVST+, Rapid PVST+, and Flex Link. However, connectivity check service only covers a part of IOS version [12.2(53)SE2] that it does not guarantee all the IOS connectivity. Also, untagged control frame used in STP (IEEE802.1d) will be abolished; which do not manage.

The configuration of VMware Tools 8.6.10 build-913593 for Linux for this
running kernel completed successfully.
You must restart your X session before any mouse or graphics changes take
effect.
You can now run VMware Tools by invoking "/usr/bin/vmware-toolbox-cmd" from the
command line or by invoking "/usr/bin/vmware-toolbox" from the command line
during an X server session.
To enable advanced X features (e.g., guest resolution fit, drag and drop, and
file and text copy/paste), you will need to do one (or more) of the following:
1. Manually start /usr/bin/vmware-user
2. Log out and log back into your desktop session; and,
3. Restart your X session.

  • I am currently using VPN service; can I switch to the Customer Portal available VPN Connectivity service?Network

    Yes, you can.
    Upon switching services, you need to go through the procedures below.

    1. Elimination process of the VPN Connectivity you are currently using.
    2. Additional application to the Customer Portal available VPN Connectivity.

    Please note that there is an interval where the service will be unavailable upon switching services.
