Does service down occur when changing Integrated Network Appliance(INA) plan?
Please be aware that you cannot change the INA plan once the network is established. (E.g. Compact to Large or Large to Compact)
If you wish to make the change, canceling ECL contract and re-build of new system for new contract are required.
However, the change of Single configuration to Redundant configuration or the way around can be done through customer portal. Please be noted that service down might occur during conducting the change.
