6.2.9. Modify the Instance Flavor (“Resize Instance”)¶
The following shows how to modify the Flavor (e.g. CPU & memory combination, etc.), of the Instance.
6.2.9.1. Procedure¶
Warning
The Instance is rebooted during this procedure (“Modify Instance Flavor”). NOTE: Please be sure to save the Data, etc., prior to resizing the Instance.
Once you verify the Instance is stopped, choose ”Resize Instance” from the Actions drop-down menu.
Under ‘New Flavor’ select the new flavor, and click the ”Resize Instance” button.
To confirm the change took place, the new flavor sizes will be updated in the “Size” column on the Instances screen.
