18.104.22.168. Application for “Delete” of Veeam License
After filling out the Setting sheet, check the application which you would like to terminate and click “Delete” button.
You can terminate your subscription only when your application status is “Active”.
If you would like to terminate your subscription when your application status is not “Active ”, please inquire via the ticket system.
You cannot apply to terminate your subscription before the service start date which is written in the Service Starting Notification.
Next, “Delete” screen will be displayed.
* The contents you fill in on this screen are as follows.

||Please re-enter your e-mail address in “E-mail Address (confirmation) (*)” to confirm the above “E-mail Address (*)”.
Click [ Select file ] button and select the “setting sheet” which you filled in. Upload the selected “setting sheet”.
Uploading the setting sheet is required.
||Please check the items you want to discontinue from the list of plans. Please fill in “Use license type” that you want to repeal as described on the setting sheet.
Please be careful not to make a mistake in the e-mail address. If you do not receive the notification mail, please contact us via the ticket system.
Please download template of Setting Sheet from “Download Template” from main menu screen of Veeam license.
After reflecting the contents of previous Setting Sheet on the new Setting Sheet, please go ahead with “Delete” order.
Confirm whether the details of your application are correct and click [ Confirm ].
If you would like to cancel the application registration, please click [ cancel ].
Next, confirm whether your application contents are correct on the “Confirm” screen and click [ Submit ].
If there is any mistake in your application contents, please click [ Back ]. Then you will return to the “Delete” screen. (Note that you cannot cancel after click [ Submit ].)
Next, confirm that your application is completed on the “Complete” screen, and click [ Main Menu ].
Finally, confirm that “Delete Date” are displayed and Status is “Delete Order Under Review” on the main menu screen.
We will send “Delete Application Receipt Mail” to the “E-mail Address” you registered, so please confirm its contents.
If there is any incompleteness in your application content, we will send “Send Back Notification Mail” to “E-mail Address” which you registered. Please correct your application contents and apply again.
If there is no incompleteness in your application content, we will send “Subscription Termination Mail” to “E-mail Address” which you registered. Please correct your application contents and apply again.
22.214.171.124. Necessary task to stop using Veeam license
When the preparation to terminate Veeam Subscription is completed, we will send “Subscription Terminate Mail” to the “E-mail Address” you registered.
“Service Termination Notification” is never attached to “Subscription Termination Mail”.
Please be careful to read the “Subscription Terminate Mail”, and click “download” from the main menu screen of Veeam license and download the zip file.
This zip file includes the Service Termination Notification and the Setting Sheet which you filled out.
The “Service Starting Notification” contains Veeam’s support ID, termination date (billing stop date) and so on.
| Please stop using Veeam license in accordance with the “Service Termination Notification”. Your support ID will be invalid.
The download file is encrypted for protecting customer information. If you could not unzip the download file, please contact us via the ticket system.
When you would like to download the file, please check your application status is “Deleted”.
