19.4.1. Order Confirmation method

19.4.1.1. Introduction

This section describes how to fill out the Setting Sheet of Veeam License Service.

19.4.1.4. Accessing to the Veeam license menu

Click the “Open Control Panel” button on the dashboard screen and Click [ Middleware ].

Note

Veeam license will be issued for Each Tenant.

Click [ Veeam License ].

19.4.1.5. Order Confirmation of Veeam

On the “Main Menu” screen, the current your order information is/are displayed.
The contents displayed on the “Current usage status ” screen are as follows.
No. Your applications are numbered in order of the old date, and displayed from top to bottom. By checking the selection button to the left of the number, you can apply “Change” or “Delete”.
Plan The plans which you ordered are displayed.
ID The ID which can identify your ordered plans are displayed.
Application Date The date and time when you apply “New / Add” is displayed.
Delete Date The date and time when you apply “Delete” is displayed.
E-mail Address The registered e-mail address is displayed. (Notification of Accepting Application Mail will be sent to this registered e-mail address. And Subscription Start Mail will be sent to this registered e-mail address.)
Status Order processing status is displayed per order plan. For details, please confirm the contents of “Status” description later.
Setting sheets (Latest)
You can download the Setting Sheet file which you uploaded when you applied.
In “Active” status, we provide the following files as a zip file. - Issued License File - Setting Sheet - Service Starting Notification which the latest Support ID is written in
In “Deleted” status, we provide the following files as a zip file. - Setting Sheet - Service Termination Notification
The contents displayed on the “Status” column are as follows.
Under Review This status is displayed when you apply by “New / Add” method. In this status, we confirm your application contents with the Setting Sheet.
Send Back
This status is displayed if there is incompleteness in your application contents.
In this status, you can change your application by “Change” method.
Add Order Processing This status is displayed if there is no incompleteness in your application contents, and we will start process of issuing license file and Veeam’s Support ID which is need you to access Veeam’s software support desk.
Active This status is available to use your license. You can download the Service Starting Notification with the license key from the portal.
Change Order Under Review
This status is displayed when you apply by “Change” method.
In this status, we confirm your application contents with the Setting Sheet.
Change Order Send Back
This status is displayed if there is incompleteness in your application contents when you apply “Change”.
In this status, you can apply “Change” again.
Change Order Processing This status is displayed if there is no incompleteness in your application contents when you apply “Change”, and we will start process of issuing license file and Veeam’s Support ID which is need you to access Veeam’s software support desk or changing your application contents.
Delete Order Under Review This status is displayed if you apply “Delete”. In this status, we confirm your application contents with the Setting Sheet. If there is incompleteness in your application contents, the status will be turned to “Active”.
Delete Order Processing
This status is displayed if there is no incompleteness in your application contents when you apply “Delete”, and we will start process of terminating Veeam’s Support ID.
(As we proceed the deleting license procedure in cooperation with Veeam corporation, it will take at least 10 business days to terminate your License from the time you submit your order.)
Deleted This status is that your license is terminated finally. You can download the Service Termination Notification from the portal.

19.4.2. How to confirm the latest Support ID

The Support ID in the Service Starting Notification is necessary for you to contact Veeam Customer Support.
This Support ID is recorded in the License File, but this Support ID will be updated at least once a year.
Therefore the Support ID in the License File is not always the latest Support ID. (*1)
When you would like to contact Veeam Customer Support, you have to use the latest Support ID. Please confirm your latest Support ID by the way described in 2.1. (*2)

Note

(*1) If you use Veeam Backup Server which is connected to the internet, your Support ID will be updated by Veeam Backup Server.
(*2) There is possibility that the Support expiration date in the License File may displayed as expired, but you can contact Veeam Customer Support during using our Veeam License Service.

19.4.2.1. Check your latest Support ID

You can check your latest Support ID by downloading the latest Service Starting Notification from the main menu screen of Veeam license.
Please note that you can only download the latest Service Starting Notification. We don’t issue upload the previous Service Starting Notification.
