19.5.1. Change Method

19.5.1.1. Introduction

This section describes how to fill out the Setting Sheet of Veeam License Service.

19.5.1.4. Accessing to the Veeam license menu

Click the “Open Control Panel” button on the dashboard screen and Click [ Middleware ].

Note

Veeam license will be issued for Each Tenant.

Click [ Veeam License ].

19.5.1.5. Application for “Change” of Veeam license

If you would like to correct or change your application contents, please go ahead with the following step.

Note

You can correct your application or change the Setting Sheet only when your application status is “Active”, “Send Back” or “Change Send Back”.

19.5.1.6. Correcting Application

When there is incompleteness in your application, we will send “Send Back Notification Mail”.

Please correct your application contents and apply again.

If there are any corrections in the Setting Sheet, please correct the Setting Sheet, and upload the Setting Sheet by click [ Select file ].

And then click [ Confirm ].
On the “Confirm” screen, confirm the Setting Sheet which you changed, and click “Submit”.
If there is anything incorrect in the contents of the application, please click “Back”. The screen will return to “Change”.
You cannot cancel after this screen. Please be careful to confirm the contents of application and click “Submit”.
On the “Complete” screen, confirm that the application is completed and click “Main Menu”.

And please confirm that the Change Application Receipt Mail has arrived at “E-mail Address” which you registered.

19.5.1.7. Changing Setting Sheet

If you would like to change the contents of the application, please change the contents of the Setting Sheet and apply.
Click the “Select file” button on “Setting Sheet” screen and select the setting sheet which you changed.

And then, click [ Confirm ].
On the “Confirm” screen, confirm that the Setting Sheet is changed, and click “Submit”.

If there is anything incorrect in changing the Setting Sheet, please click “Back”. The screen will return to “Change Setting Sheet”.
On the “Complete” screen, confirm that the application is completed and click “Main Menu”.
Please confirm that the application receipt mail has arrived at “Customer contact email address” you registered. And please confirm that the Change Application Receipt Mail has arrived at “E-mail Address” which you registered.

Note

After we confirm your application contents, we will send the following notification mail to “Email Address ” which you registered.
When there is no incompleteness in your application, we will send “Change Application Receipt Mail”. We will start procedure of correcting or changing your application contents.
When there is any incompleteness in your application, we will send “Send Back Notification Mail”. Please correct your application contents and apply again.
Please note that if the changing contents is adding plan, please go ahead with “New / Add” method. And if the changing contents is deleting plan, please go ahead with “Delete” method.
