32.3. Resource Status Display Function¶
This function displays an alert information when customers’ resources are suspected to have some error that is judged by the operation status of monitoring resource in ECL2.0 infrastructure.
Even if this function displays Alart status, it does not necessarily mean that an error occurred in the customers’ resource. If some error is detected in the application etc. on the customers’ resource, the information displayed by this function help customers to judge whether the error occurred due to customers resource itself or ECL2.0 infrastructure. Therefore please use this information as reference to judge before receiving official failure notice from Service Provider.
Click “Resource Status“ on the Dashboard.
When an error is suspected in the resource being used, an alert is displayed as follows.
Resource status display function will update information every five minutes. If the status of customer’s resource and that of this function are different, please wait up to five minutes to judge.
As of now, Resource status display function support for “Virtual Server” menu in JP1 region only. For other menu, the alart will not be displayed on this function even if error occurred to resources.
