11.1.4. Configuring Syslog Transfer

Now, this section explains how to configure a syslog transfer on your load balancer.

Note

This feature is available with Load Balancer (NetScaler VPX) 11.0-67.12 Standard Edition.
It is a function to configure syslog transfer on Load Balancer (NetScaler VPX) but not to create a destination syslog server.
Each Load Balancer (NetScaler VPX) can cover 8 syslog transfer configurations at maximum.
With a single Load Balancer (NetScaler VPX), multiple syslog transfer configurations are not possible for a single syslog server.
The source IP address in case of Syslog transfer is IP address of interface in load balancer where Syslog is outbound.
On the Control Panel, move to [ Network” ] → [ Load Balancer ]. Then, select the name of the Load Balancer to configure the syslog transfer.
