This section describes a communication check function which uses ICMP through the Ping command.
Presumed case for sample setting
Ping is executed from the Load Balancer to the Server (192.168.2.12) to check the communication.

How to execute Ping
From the [ Configuration ] menu, move to [ System ] → [ Diagnostics ] → [ Ping ], to display the Ping Execution screen.
Input as follows on the Ping Execution screen.

Note
With ECL2.0, input the Source IP Address in accordance with your environment without fail.
After inputting setting values, press the [ Run ] button.
For values that can be input in each item, they will be displayed as the figure below if you mouse over the right side of the input field.
Operation check result
From the verification result log below, we confirmed that Ping to the Server (192.168.2.12) on the Verification Diagram was successful.
