1.1. About this Tutorial

This Tutorial describes how to get started using Enterprise Cloud with the following 8 portals detailed below.

Service Provider Business Portal (”Business Portal”)

This portal allows creation of user accounts and configure permission settings. In order to get started with Enterprise Cloud 2.0 (ECL2.0), you must already have Business Portal user account, which is provided under the ECL 2.0 contract.

Enterprise Cloud 2.0 Portal (“Portal” / ”Customer Portal”)

This portal shows contract and billing information and creation of Tenants.

Cloud Computing Control Panel

This portal allows management of Baremetal Server / Virtual Server / Network. This includes creating, deleting, and modifying these resources. This will be known as the “Control Panel”.

Monitoring Control Panel

This portal allows you to verify the various Resource states of Servers and Networks, which you have been utilizing. Additionally, you can configure the Email Alert Notification settings, in case any individual Monitoring Item exceeds the relevant threshold. For more information, please refer to Creating Monitoring Alarm .

Hyper-V Control Panel

This portal allows Customers, who has been utilizing the Hyper-V Service, to download the packages required to utilize this Service.

PaaS Control Panel

This portal allows you who use PaaS to deploy applications and configure monitoring settings.

Cloud Management Portal (“CMP”)

This portal allows management of multiple cloud infrastructures in one place. An advantage is the simplification of monitoring by administering various resources such as platform state or performance, provided by products like ECL2.0 by Service Provider Corporation, and third party providers like Amazon Web Services. and on-premise solutions like VMware and vSphere together.

Ticket System

This system enables you to contact to our Support Center by issuing a Ticket, in the case that you would like to ask various questions and the unknown-issues have occurred when you utilize this Service.
