1.1.1. About each portal screen¶
NTT Com Business Portal (”Business Portal") |
Enterprise Cloud 2.0 including Smart Data Platform contracts, portals that allow you to create accounts and set permissions to access this service. In order to use this service, it is necessary to have a contract from a business portal account. |
Smart Data Platform Portal (Portal) |
A portal where you can check contract / usage fee information, create workspace, etc. |
Cloud Computing Control Panel |
A portal where you can add, change, and delete resources for bare metal servers, virtual servers, and networks. In this tutorial, we will call it the control panel. |
Monitoring Control Panel |
This portal allows you to verify the various Resource states of Servers and Networks, which you have been utilizing. Additionally, you can configure the Email Alert Notification settings, in case any individual Monitoring Item exceeds the relevant threshold. DNS Control Panel |
A portal where DNS customers can set and reference DNS records |
Security control panel |
A portal where you can deploy and change settings for each network security device such as UTM, apply for host security, etc. |
Backup control panel |
Portal for setting backups and browsing backup jobs |
Middleware portal |
Portal that allows you to apply for middleware menus and check usage status |
Solution Insight |
This portal allows management of multiple cloud infrastructures in one place. An advantage is the simplification of monitoring by administering various resources such as platform state or performance, provided by products like ECL2.0 by NTT Communications Corporation, and third party providers like Amazon Web Services. and on-premise solutions like VMware and vSphere together. |
Ticket System |
This system enables you to contact to our Support Center by issuing a Ticket, in the case that you would like to ask various questions and the unknown-issues have occurred when you utilize this Service. |
