Create a New User

Enterprise Cloud 2.0 allows you to give the access permissions of multiple users who exist in the Business Portal under one contract.

Creating a User: The Procedure

Log in to Business Portal, then click “User List”.

Click “Add User” on “User List” screen.

Then, you need to click “Add User” for execution, after inputting the required items.

Once you click “Add”, a User Registration Inquiry Email will be sent to the email address you have registered. Access the URL written in this “User Registration Inquiry Email” then set your password. So, you can log in to your Business Portal with password.

Create a New User Group

You need to assign an access permission to this Service to the created new user account. You can assign an access permission upon your Business Portal.
First, you need to log in to your Business Portal by utilizing the administrator account, which has the access permission as an Administrator. Then, click “User Group”

Create the User Group which can access to this Service. Execute the “Add User Group”, in order to create a new user group.

You need to input “User Group Name” and “Description”.

Add User to User Group

After user group creation, you need to add User into the user group so that user can access to Enterprise Cloud 2.0. Click “Add/Delete User” on below screen.

Place the check marks into “User”, then click “Add”. At last, click “OK”.

Add Permission to User Group

Next, configure access permission to each User Group. You need to click “edit”.

You can set permission per each service on following screem.

To set permission per each contracts, click “Detail”.
Contract list will be displayed when click “Detail”. Then, select “View” / “Edit” per each contracts.

Note

In case you set permission per contracts, you will move to “Edit” screen after click “OK” above. Please make sure click “Change” in order to save permission.
