Smart Data Platform provides API permission management function. The API authority management function allows an administrative user to control API execution authority for each general user.
API Authority Management Function realizes API execution authority based on IAM Role and IAM Group. IAM Role specifies an executable API and necessary conditions for it. IAM Group makes the linkage between IAM Role and the user.
An IAM Role belongs to some IAM Group(s) more than zero, and the user also belongs to some IAM Group(s) more than zero.
Note
The function can also manage API request authority but it is not applied to responses.
When API Authority Control is set, the operation on the portal screen is limited.
