11.3.2.1. Add Provider Accounts

By adding Provider Account on Solution Insight, you can add the resources to manage a hybrid portfolio on Solution Insight. To add a provider account, need to click "Add Provider Account" button on the screen of Provider Account list. Once the account is added, the known and discoverable resources will be regularly synchronized with Solution Insight.

Add a User Account of Enterprise Cloud 2.0

In order for Solution Insight to contact and sync resources from an Enterprise Cloud 2.0 instance, you need to fill in the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 account details like below. Following parameters are required to input.

Name

A user defined unique name in Solution Insight for the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 account that is to be added.

Department

A drop-down for you to assign an exclusive department owner for the account from the list of Department that you define in Solution Insight. If there is no user defined Department, the Default department will be applied.

API Key

The API key of the account which is available from the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 customer portal.

Secret Key

Input the API Secret Key (API Secret) information. The API Secret information of the account which is available to check from the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 customer portal.

Tenant ID

Input the tenant ID of the account, you would like to manage upon the Solution Insight, in terms of the resource status. Please check Tenant IDs, from the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 customer portal.

Contract ID

The contract ID of the account which is available from the Enterprise Cloud 2.0 customer portals, or your Business Portal.

API Location

A drop-down for users to specify the region of the API end point associated with the account, for example an account in Japan shall link to the Japan API end point.
